Chiropractic Carein Newcastle, OK.
Personalized chiropractic care for kids, adults, athletes and families across Newcastle, Blanchard and Tuttle. We specialize in the spine and nervous system, but we never lose sight of the whole person. The goal is to help you move beyond pain and toward your highest potential.
Better movement starts with understanding what is not moving well.
Chiropractic care focuses on the spine, joints and nervous system, but the goal is bigger than a single adjustment.
Dr. Conner looks at how your body is moving, where motion is restricted, what may be irritating or overloading an area and how those findings connect to what you are feeling.
Adjustments are used when appropriate to improve joint motion and help the body move more comfortably. Your care may also include movement recommendations, home guidance or a discussion about another option when an adjustment alone is not the right answer.
Address joints that are not moving as well as they should.
Look for mechanical factors that may be contributing to pain or nerve symptoms.
Help you move, train, work and live with more confidence.
Common reasons people
start chiropractic care.
Back pain is the most common reason people walk through our doors, followed by disc and nerve-related symptoms, neck pain, mobility problems and chronic tension. Chiropractic care starts with understanding why an area is not moving or functioning the way it should.
Low Back Pain
Stiffness, soreness and movement-related discomfort that makes sitting, standing, working or exercising harder.
Sciatica
Low back or leg symptoms that may involve irritation or pressure affecting the sciatic nerve.
Neck Pain + Stiffness
Restricted movement, tension and discomfort related to work, posture, activity or everyday strain.
Headaches + Tension
We can evaluate whether neck tension, joint restriction or movement patterns may be contributing to headache symptoms.
Sports + Activity Strain
Care for athletes and active adults dealing with soreness, restricted movement or the physical demands of training.
Posture + Desk Stress
Tight shoulders, upper-back fatigue and reduced mobility from long hours sitting, driving or working at a screen.
Numbness + Tingling
Nerve-related symptoms deserve a careful evaluation so we can understand what may be contributing and what care is appropriate.
Joint + Mobility Issues
When your hips, back, shoulders or other joints feel restricted, stiff or harder to move comfortably.
Care changes with
the person in front of us.
Age, activity level, symptoms and goals all matter. Your care should reflect the person in front of us.
Care that grows
with your family.
Children are not simply smaller adults. Pediatric chiropractic care at The Reserve is approached with age, development, comfort and family goals in mind.
Parents often bring children in with questions about movement, posture, activity-related discomfort or how their growing bodies are handling the physical demands of everyday life.
Dr. Conner earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Pediatric and Family Chiropractic after completing 80 hours of postdoctoral training sponsored by Life University Department of Postgraduate Education and The Pediatric Experience.
Move well enough
to keep doing more.
Training, competition and active lifestyles put repeated demands on the body. Chiropractic care can be part of a plan focused on mobility, joint function and returning to activity comfortably.
Whether you are competing, lifting, running, golfing, working a physical job or simply trying to stay active, we look at how your body is moving and where restriction or irritation may be getting in the way.
When pain travels
beyond your back.
Sciatica can involve pain, tingling or other symptoms that travel from the low back into the hip or leg. The first step is figuring out what may be irritating the nerve and whether chiropractic care is appropriate for your situation.
If your examination suggests disc-related pressure or another issue that needs more than an adjustment, Dr. Conner may discuss non-surgical spinal decompression as part of your care plan.
Designed to gently reduce pressure through the spine for appropriate disc and nerve-related cases.
Explore Spinal Decompression →Numbness and tingling
deserve a closer look.
Burning, tingling, numbness or weakness can have many different causes. At The Reserve, we evaluate whether spinal, joint or musculoskeletal factors may be contributing to your symptoms and discuss the most appropriate next step.
Chiropractic care is not a treatment for every cause of neuropathy. If your symptoms suggest that medical evaluation, testing or another type of care is needed, we will encourage the right next step rather than forcing a chiropractic solution.
New or worsening weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control, severe numbness or other sudden neurologic symptoms should be evaluated promptly by an appropriate medical professional.
Chiropractic has been
part of his life for years.
The Reserve grew out of Dr. Conner’s own experience with chiropractic care.
He was adjusted throughout childhood and sports, and after a hunting injury as a teenager left him with lingering back issues, chiropractic became one of the things that consistently helped him feel and move better.
During chiropractic school, he realized he wanted to practice differently. He envisioned a place where patients felt heard, care went beyond a quick adjustment, and the goal was not just getting out of pain, but helping people function better and reach more of their potential.
A place built around listening, honest recommendations, high-level care and helping people tap into more of what their bodies are capable of.
Care can go further
when your body needs more.
One of the things that makes The Reserve different is that chiropractic does not exist in a vacuum. When your symptoms or goals call for more, Dr. Conner can look at the broader picture and discuss other high-performance therapies available in the practice.

"I try to meet each patient where they are and be open and honest with them."
For Dr. Conner, getting to know where a patient comes from and understanding their story is part of providing better care. Symptoms matter, but so does what those symptoms are keeping you from doing.
His goal is to help people reach their highest potential and tap into their reserves, not simply chase pain from visit to visit. That means giving patients time to ask questions, explaining recommendations and building a plan that makes sense for the person in front of him.
Questions are
welcome here.
If you are unsure whether chiropractic care is the right place to start, call us. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.
Yes. The Reserve welcomes children and families. Dr. Conner has completed 80 hours of postdoctoral pediatric and family chiropractic training through Life University Department of Postgraduate Education and The Pediatric Experience.
Chiropractic care may be useful for athletes dealing with musculoskeletal pain, limited joint motion or movement-related discomfort. Your recommendations depend on what your examination shows.
We evaluate patients with low back and leg symptoms commonly described as sciatica. The goal is to understand what may be irritating the nerve and whether chiropractic care, decompression or another approach is appropriate.
Numbness, tingling and neuropathy symptoms can have many causes. We can evaluate whether spinal or musculoskeletal factors may be contributing, but chiropractic care is not appropriate for every cause of neuropathy. Additional medical evaluation may be recommended.
Not everyone needs X-rays. They are used when Dr. Conner determines they are appropriate based on your history, examination and clinical needs.
The Reserve works with several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare and HealthChoice. Benefits vary by plan, so call our office if you would like help verifying coverage.
Pain is a common reason people first come in, but it is not the only goal of care. Many patients also want to improve movement, function and confidence in what their bodies can do. Your recommendations are always based on your individual needs and findings.
The Reserve combines personalized chiropractic care with advanced options such as non-surgical spinal decompression and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The larger difference is the experience: time to be heard, honest recommendations and care built around your goals instead of simply moving you through the office.
